We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a very beautiful area in the countryside of Salento. The hotel is set in the middle of olive groves and offers a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms, along with the modern bathrooms, added to the overall comfort of our stay. The hotel facilities, especially the beautiful pool, were top-notch and provided us with a great place to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the nearby towns of Manduria, Grottaglie, and Porto Cesareo, as well as several beaches along the east coast. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with personalized service and making us feel right at home.

Well-restored masseria surrounded by olive groves. Friendly staff, beautiful pool, excellent food with homegrown olive oil and wine. Close to beaches and towns. Modern rooms with great air conditioning and showers.

The food was excellent with plenty of choices at the buffet style breakfast. The setting of the hotel was stunning, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.- The room was charming, comfortable, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean.- The staff were very friendly and attentive.- The pool was lovely, although a bit cold in late April.
The location was a bit off the main road, requiring navigating through local towns and villages. The portion sizes at dinner were very generous, which became a bit overwhelming after a few days.

We had a great experience staying in a renovated monastery on the east coast. the room was big, well equipped, and clean. the staff were warm and friendly, and the pool was clean and enjoyable. We also loved the tasty food, especially the fresh fish. we had a fun time taking cooking lessons and exploring the nearby lovely beaches with fine yellow sand.
The dining arrangements at the main building were a bit formulaic and the service was slow.
